Sale Horses
Connecting you to the Friesian horse of your dreams we have the horse for you! The largest selection of our sale horses are foals from our own brood mares. We often have several nice brood mares in foal available. Since our Stallion Station also stands some of the best KFPS approved for breeding Friesian stallions in North America, we have connections to many top-quality breeders and give them the opportunity to post their sale horses here. Because of this, we have a diverse selection of horses for sale, both at our farm in Michigan and also throughout the country. We encourage you to check out our current list or to contact us if you are looking for something specific but don’t see it here. We may be able to connect you to the horse of your dreams.
Stallion Station
Standing Friesian stallions is what we do. We have been active members of the Friesian Horse Association of North America since it’s inception in 1984 and have been proud to have the following KFPS approved stallions stand at stud in our barn over the years:

Jorrit 363, Rintse 386, Mintse 384,
Sipke 450, Doaitsen 420, Tonjes 459,
Alert 475, Date 477, Julius 486
Fridse 423, Wybren 464, Tjaarda 483
Hessel 480, Meinte 490 and Wylster 463.
We also have frozen semen available from a nice selection of KFPS stallions in the Netherlands.
About Us
The Friesian Connection was started in 1984 by Robert and Arlene DeBoer, immigrants from the Netherlands. It continues today with the second generation – daughters Janice VerMerris and Amy Kroll – who focus on equine reproduction and the stallion station, and daughter Sara Wassink who manages the herd of mares. The 3rd generation of grandchildren are active in riding and training….and even the 4th generation – Bob and Arlene’s great grandchildren – can be found in the barns.
